A Custom Run Plan:
Tailored to your fitness level and race goal, your plan includes a weekly run schedule, guided warm-ups, cool-downs, and tips that are designed for you to run independently at your own pace and schedule.

Weekly Purpose-Driven Coaching Calls:
After your main weekly run (or during, if you prefer), we’ll connect for a 45-minute 1:1 call or a 60-minute group call (up to 4 women) to discuss your reflections, set action items, and grow personally and professionally.

Actionable Results:
You leave every session feeling physically stronger, mentally sharper, and armed with ideas to grow your business or life. We’ll even send you a recap to keep you accountable between runs.

I’m not just a coach—I’m someone who’s been where you are.
I’m a runner, coach, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and a woman who’s rediscovered my identity and purpose through the power of running. I’ve felt the weight of self-doubt and the exhaustion of striving, but running gave me the clarity and freedom to truly know myself—and it led me to build three businesses while running marathons! As a USATF Level 1 certified coach, I’ve coached high school girls’ varsity cross country, started run clubs, and helped countless women—from teens to CEOs—find their purpose and build incredible businesses. I’d love to guide you on this journey to freedom, helping you discover your true identity and purpose while running toward your goals.

I’m so excited to help you start this journey, and it all begins with a simple, no-pressure first step! Here’s exactly what to do to get us running toward your goals together:

Step 1: Start with a Free Discovery Run Call

We’ll hop on a 15-minute Zoom call to get to know each other, talk about your personal and professional goals, and answer any questions. 

Step 2: Sign Up for Your 7-Week Training Plan

Choose your plan—$1,400 for 1:1 sessions ($200 per week) or $2,800 for a group of up to 4 women ($400 per week) —and get your custom run schedule, workbook, and weekly calls to guide your journey to freedom.

Step 3: Run, Reflect, and Connect with Coaching Calls

Run on your own schedule, reflect on daily questions, and join me for a weekly call to discuss your insights, set action items, and grow personally and professionally.

What You Get with Sole Equity

Whether you want some one-on-one time or prefer the energy of a small group, here’s exactly what you’ll get with each option.

1:1 Sessions

We’ll create a plan that fits your fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or already love to run, so you feel comfortable and confident.

Each week, we’ll connect for a 45-minute coaching call to discuss your reflections, set goals, and empower you to run to freedom!

With Sole Equity’s 1:1 sessions, you’ll get a 7-week journey for $200 per session, totaling $1,400, designed just for you

Group Runs

We’ll design a moderate-paced run that suits the group’s fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll receive a  workbook that offers daily and weekly prompts to help you uncover your identity and purpose. 

We’ll connect each week for a 60-min group coaching Zoom call, where you’ll share insights, support each other, and grow together on this journey. 

Join a small sisterhood with Sole Equity’s group sessions for $2800 total for up to 4 women for 7 weeks—that’s just $100 per person, per week!
