More than anything, I’m a woman who has personally experienced the profound power of movement to redefine identity and uncover true purpose.

from Burnout to Breakthrough
finding a purpose-driven life
As a high school basketball player, I loved the sport, my team, and the ability to challenge myself to grow and achieve goals. I even received a scholarship to play in college. However, after a few intense years of college training, I made the difficult decision to step away. I was completely burned out. This sudden shift led to profound uncertainty and self-doubt. All I had ever known was basketball. With a constant schedule of travel teams, high school teams, and then the relentless training in college, I had wrapped my entire identity in the idea of basketball, and it ultimately left me feeling lost.
My journey left my feeling …
The heavy weight of self-doubt and the constant exhaustion of striving for external validation. I pushed, I achieved, but deep down, something was missing. It was through the rhythm of my own two feet, the discipline of training, and the quiet miles on the road that I began to rediscover myself. Running didn’t just make me physically stronger; it brought me mental clarity, emotional freedom, and an undeniable sense of purpose. This journey of self-discovery through running became the very fuel that led me to build three successful businesses, all while challenging myself to run marathons!
And then I decided to coach high school girl’s cross country…
My personal transformation ignited a passion to guide others. As a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach, I’ve had the immense privilege of coaching high school girls’ varsity cross country, starting vibrant run clubs within my community, and mentoring countless women – from ambitious teens just finding their voice to seasoned CEOs navigating new challenges. My greatest joy comes from helping these incredible women not just run faster or achieve business goals, but to genuinely connect with their true purpose and build lives of impact and fulfillment.
