What You’ll Get with Your Group Run Sessions
These group runs are designed to give you the perfect mix of movement, coaching, and community. Here’s what’s included in every session:
- A Group Run Plan That Fits Everyone: We’ll create a moderate-paced run plan (45-60 minutes) that works for the whole group, whether you’re just starting out or already love to run. We’ll go at a pace that feels good for everyone, with weekly distances, cross-training, and rest days to keep you on track and help you focus on enjoying the experience.
- The Sole Equity Workbook – You’ll also receive the Sole Equity Workbook, packed with daily and weekly purpose-driven prompts—like “What am I created to do?” or “What’s one boundary I can set?”—to help you reflect on your identity, purpose, and goals as you run.
- 60 Minutes of Coaching – Each week, we’ll connect for a 60-minute group coaching call (after your main run) to dive into your reflections, uncover insights, and set actionable steps for personal growth (like building confidence) and professional growth (like leading authentically or scaling your business).
- Maximum of 4 people.
